It was back in 89 when I was convicted of a felon. I was caught with marijuana. It was enough to make it a felony. What do I have to do to get my gun rights restored? I just want to own a shotgun for hunting.

The restoration of rights in Virginia restores the rights to vote, to run for and hold public office, to serve on juries and to serve as a notary public. It does not include the right to possess or transport any firearm or to carry a concealed weapon

Example is the homosexuals. They are a minority and now I have to be careful what I say, like, I believe homosexuality is wrong, but if I say it in certain areas of my city or I want to put up a billboard saying it is wrong(my opinion), I can be charged with a hate crime. What ever happened to free speech? Free speech is only for the minority, now.

it was severely ran over by political correctness and the inability to "hurt" any ones feel bads and discriminate on anyone beliefs . on the other hand those people don’t really care how you think or what you believe in. Just dont upset there system

Is there a set limit because I looked online and it says it is decided by the supporters or opponents, or something like that.

There isn’t a limit. That is the point of a filibuster. A filibuster is when members of Congress ceaselessly speak/debate on a topic until it gets pigeonholed.
