It would not have been gutted and would still have the extremely popular public option and no individual mandate. Or does he feel only the Republican agenda does not require a senate vote?

How you can GET INTO Congress…. and STILL have no idea how it functions… is simply beyond me.

That’s a Republican bill THAT PASSED the House…. which purports to make the Ryan Budget proposal LAW… without the Senate even debating it.

So…. kettle…. how’s pot doing in that civics class??

    You can’t PASS a law without the Senate passing it as well. Perhaps you could take a civics course at the community college and learn how your government functions…

    That’s right. They passed a BILL. "Obamacare" is now a LAW, and the question was would they have passed it. You can’t make a LAW without both houses passing it. Back to civics class for you.
