    wow i hate Bill …
wow i hate Bill O’Reilly but i agree with him that gun regulation needs to be tighter. He still went about this “debate” like a complete arse though.

    Wasn’t it 6,000 – …
Wasn’t it 6,000 – one tenth of what Bill kept saying? A competitive shooter will go through that in a month. Any 10 attendants at Front Sight firearms training school will go through that in 4 days. It’s not that much ammo. Reporting it will create an expensive bureaucracy that won’t get anything done. Sorry bill, you’re flapping your lips up the wrong tree this time.

    Bill is misinformed …
    Bill is misinformed.

    thats not …
thats not insignificant. no one has 60,000 rounds. he is making a huge deal and he believes he is right

  5. welsmj64 says:

    O’Reilly you have …
O’Reilly you have no clue what ATF regulations are when it comes to when purchasing any firearms. All legally purchased firearms are registered with the dealer and on ATF forms, most states have a background questioner that has to be filled out before the purchase can be made. We can not legislate people to not be crazy or in moral. Here something to think about an armed society is a safe society. If others would have had guns in that theater the outcome would have been different.

    Thumbs up for the …
Thumbs up for the congressman, thumbs down for Billy.

  7. Fluffy4020 says:

    Agreed. There’s …
Agreed. There’s laws against SBRs and SBSs yet I could cut my 870 down to a 7″ barrel and no one would know because it never leaves my property. The police have no reason to search me because I have a clean record. I could stock up on an arsenal of illegal weapons and no one would know because I would not commit any crimes using them. This I choose not to do to obey the laws, but there are people out there who don’t care about the laws.

  8. Fluffy4020 says:

    O’Reilly doesn’t …
O’Reilly doesn’t have the time to do insignificant things such as count his zeros.

  9. joshcarr6 says:

    It wont’ solve the …
It wont’ solve the problem – I buy all of my guns through private party sellers and pay cash. Nobody knows I have the guns, the seller usually doesn’t even know my name. Criminals aren’t buying weapons from retail gun sellers who would do the reporting.

If I am a good guy and I can do that what do you think the bad guys are already doing?

  10. ExtraLead says:

    i agree! when you …
i agree! when you purchase heavy weaponry the fbi should know about it. when you find a place where you can buy heavy weaponry let me know. as far as i know rifles and pistols are still small arms. heavy weaponry is artillery, tanks, Apc’s etc.

  11. ExtraLead says:

    integrity is that …
integrity is that the new liberal term for stupid. half the things bill said dont even make sense. when you buy a gun you have to pass a back ground check. also he had 6000 rounds not 60,000. and there is no such thing as heavy duty rounds. also he didnt have “heavy weaponry” either. he had small arms that are readily available from your local drug dealer.

    I’ve never thought …
I’ve never thought I’d agree with something Bill O’ would say… and then I saw this video.

O’reilly sounds like a progressive liberal in this video. It shows that he definitely has some integrity.

  13. goatkiller68 says:

    60,000 rounds. is …

In Iraq we let each house keep a real AK47. And I do mean a real AK47! The crappy AKs we get here are totally basteredized. Unless your AK has safe, fire, and full (mine doesn’t) it isnt even considered an assult rifle! O’Fn”reilly is a douche!

    Oreilly sucks Obama butt cheeks

  17. spongewiggle51094 says:

    Check the polls …
Check the polls guys, 75% of NRA members are in favour of what Bill is saying, and 82% of all Americans.

  18. spongewiggle51094 says:

    There’s nothing …
There’s nothing wrong with what Bill is saying, if you want a small fire arm to protect yourself fine, if you want a rifle to go hunting with fine, but when you purchase heavy weaponry you have to undergo a background check and the FBI have to know you bought it. Doesn’t mean they’ll take it from you, it just means that if you go and mow down a bunch of people they’ll know it was you. This law wouldn’t affect you at all if you don’t have a criminal record and aren’t planning to massacre people.

    Great Job Rep …
